Due to differences in shipping methods, this may be caused by one of the following two situations:

1. Your parcel is on its way to the carrier.
Once the carrier receives it, tracking updates will appear online. For some international orders, the tracking number will only begin updating after the package arrives in the destination country and is handed over to the local carrier.
If you have any questions, please contact our customer service team to check the status of your package. We take and keep photos or videos of every package.

2. Numbers starting with “T” or “A” are shipping reference numbers.
Your parcel is on its way to the carrier. Once it arrives, you will receive an email update with the actual tracking number.

Some international orders will have two tracking numbers.
There is a tracking number for the international section. When it arrives in the local country, there is another local tracking number (Last mile tracking). The carrier is different.

After you successfully pay, a confirmation email will be sent to your mailbox. The email contains your shipping address and order content. Please confirm again that your shipping add is correct.
If you don't receive any email, maybe your email address is filled in incorrectly or it is mistakenly entered into the junk folder.

For each order, we take and keep photos or videos of the package, including its contents and the shipping label, before shipping.
