Payment Rejected? 

It all started when we(Pures Music) tried to send payment for an order—business as usual. But to our surprise, the payment was rejected. Not delayed. Not questioned. Straight-up bounced back.

This was unexpected. These weren’t new suppliers or unknown entities—we(Pures Music) have been working with them.  They act as one of our suppliers. We have not received any notification.  It has only been a month since we last contacted them.

Then… They Just Vanished

No replies. No updates. No emails. No phone calls. It's like they disappeared into thin air. we(Pures Music) tried to contact their boss via WeChat but still couldn't get through.

Usually, when a business hits trouble—be it production delays, financial hiccups, or even a shift in direction—there’s at least some communication. But with Bugsgear / Moozica? Radio silence.

Suppliers Are Clearing Out Inventory—Fast

Things got even more telling when one of their semi-finished Kalimba body suppliers started liquidating thousands of Kalimba bodies on second-hand websites. 

Yep. You read that right. We're talking thousands of partially finished Kalimbas—just sitting there. We found that its upstream material suppliers have begun to clear out semi-finished products.

For a supplier to offload that much stock so quickly, something major had to happen. Maybe unpaid invoices? Maybe cancelled orders? Either way, it’s not a good sign.

This hits especially hard because Bugsgear/ Moozica weren’t just vendors—they were pioneers in the Kalimba scene.

• Their designs were thoughtful.

Nothing has been officially confirmed—no public statements, no press releases, no bankruptcy filings that we’re aware of. But based on everything we’ve seen—rejected payments, disappearing acts, supplier liquidation—Their physical company in China has not yet been deregistered.

We also have a 36-key chromatic kalimba with the same scale that will soon be available🎉. We truly hope they can return. Their craftsmanship and innovative spirit serve as an inspiration for us to learn from. 

We’re not trying to replace what was lost—but we are hoping to keep the music going for all of you who’ve come to love chromatic Kalimbas.

According to industry insiders, the reason for their disappearance is that part of their company's business was recently involved in a legal case. Very surprising!
