Method of Use

1.Hold the rope in your hand and start by striking the wooden base. First, swing it beside or in front of your body. You can create a resonating tone that moves with a rhythmic striking sound.
2.You may first strike the chime bar, then enter a swinging motion.
3.If there is enough space around you, you can spin the chime bar overhead. This works very well both outdoors or in large indoor spaces, and is also great for friends lying relaxed on the floor.
4.After more practice, you can swing the chime bar above your body in an infinity symbol “∞” pattern or in clockwise and counterclockwise double spiral motions.
5.Perform and hold with both hands like a shaker basket, allowing the sound to travel to the person lying below. It becomes a sound-transmitting shaker.
